Ordering project materials and verifying delivery
Pre-construction meeting with Client

Construction

The Construction phase includes:

Constant monitoring of project and communication with trusted Subcontractors
Verifying timelines are maintained and adjusted as needed
Routine on-site quality inspection by Owner/General Contractor
Communication updates with Client
Permit applications
Scheduling necessary inspections

Post-Construction

The Post-Construction phase includes:

Job-site cleanup
Final necessary inspections
Final walk-through with Client and payment collected
Discussing future project needs!
